CPT CARRIAGE PAID TO (named place of destination)
The term "freight / carriage paid to ..." means that the seller carries out the delivery of the goods by transferring it to the carer appointed by him.

FOB FREE ON BOARD (named port of shipment)
The term "freeboard" means that the delivery is made by the seller when the goods have passed through the hand-rails in the named port of deployment.

FCA FREE CARRIER (named place)
The term "Franco-Carrier" means that the seller carries out the delivery of the goods which has undergone customs clearing for export by transferring the designated buyer to the carrier in the named place.

DAP Delivered at Place (named point of destination)
The term "supply at the point" means that the seller delivers the delivery when the goods are placed at the disposal of the buyer at the arriving means of transport ready for unloading at the agreed place of destination.

COST

INSURANCE AND FREIGHT (named port of destination)
The term "cost insurance and freight" means that the supply is made by the seller when the goods have passed through the hand-rails in the port of deployment.

EXW EX WORKS (named place)
The term "franco-plant" means that the seller is deemed to have fulfilled his delivery obligations at the time when he delivered the goods to the buyer at the premises of his enterprise or in another named place
